Terms and Conditions - Fortnum & Mason Christmas Pudding

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by LMRT design, based in Lincolnshire, UK.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Only one entry per person.

  • No purchase necessary.

3. How to enter

  • Enter by submitting your email address on the LMRT competition page and ticking the consent box.

  • By entering, you agree to be added to the LMRT email list.

  • Entries must be submitted before [insert closing date/time].

 

4. Prize

  • One (1) Fortnum & Mason Christmas Pudding, approx. value £25 including delivery.

  • No cash alternative.

  • LMRT reserves the right to substitute a similar item if the pudding becomes unavailable.

 

5. Winner selection

  • One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

  • The draw will take place on 6th December 2025.

  • The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Delivery of prize

  • The prize will be posted to a UK address provided by the winner.

  • LMRT is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

 

7. Data protection

  • Email addresses collected will be used to contact the winner and to send occasional LMRT updates.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email.

  • Your data will be processed in line with the LMRT Privacy Policy.

  • LMRT reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition if necessary.
